Know before you book
- This ticket is valid only on the selected visit date and re-entry is not permitted.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. During nighttime hours (22:00–05:00), unaccompanied minors born in 2007 or later are not allowed to use the facility.
- Children are defined as preschool-aged; infants under 24 months may enter free of charge.
- Entry is prohibited for individuals who may pose a safety or hygiene risk, including those with infectious skin conditions, severe intoxication, or certain mental health conditions.
- An additional fee applies if your stay exceeds 24 hours.
- Large luggage must be stored in the designated area with a confirmation ticket. Storage is valid for 24 hours from payment, allowing re-entry. If you stay inside without leaving, free luggage storage is available during your sauna use.
- Complimentary parking is available for 3 hours. Register your vehicle at the desk before exiting. After 3 hours, a fee of 1,500 KRW will be charged every 30 minutes.
- Guests must bring personal toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner or purchase disposable options on-site.
- Men’s body scrub services can be arranged at the venue (starting at 25,000 KRW).
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
