Join this beginner-friendly kayak course designed for travellers who want to combine sightseeing with learning a new skill. You will explore Stockholm from its most beautiful side – the water – while learning the fundamentals of safe and efficient paddling.

The Course & The Journey: Your certified instructor meets you at Pampas Marina, a unique urban hub known for its floating aquavillas. After a safety briefing and equipment check (life jacket and paddle), we launch into the calm waters.

Unlike a standard rental, this is a hands-on learning experience. You will learn:

The Paddler’s Box: How to hold the paddle for maximum power.

Torso Rotation: Using your core muscles to glide effortlessly.

Steering: How to turn and stop the kayak with precision.

While we practice these skills, we paddle through the beautiful waters of central Stockholm.

Who is this for? This course is perfect for beginners. We use stable premium sea kayaks and skip the “wet exit” rescue drills found in advanced courses. Our goal is to make you feel confident, safe, and relaxed on the water.
