Discover Sumidero Canyon by land and water on a day trip from San Cristóbal de las Casas, with panoramic viewpoints, a 90-minute boat ride and time to explore Chiapa de Corzo.

Start with hotel pickup and travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the canyon viewpoints. Take in the sweeping views and photograph the canyon from above before heading to the river.

Board a boat for a 90-minute journey between the towering canyon walls. Enjoy the scenery and look for wildlife along the river; sightings depend on natural conditions.

Continue to Chiapa de Corzo for around one hour of free time. Walk through the town, visit the local cathedral or browse stalls selling textiles and crafts. Food and drinks are not included.

Return to San Cristóbal de las Casas by air-conditioned vehicle at the end of the trip. The shared option includes transport with a Spanish-speaking driver. Choose the private option for an English-speaking guide. Check your selected option before booking.
