What you can expect

  • Your driver will pick you up directly from your hotel lobby in Agra and take you to the magnificent Taj Mahal for a memorable sunset visit. Accompanied by a guide approved by the Ministry of Tourism, you'll skip the long ticket lines with pre-booked entry and discover the fascinating history, architecture, and cultural significance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Taj Mahal was commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1631 as a tribute to his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who passed away while giving birth to their 14th child, Gauhara Begum. Construction began in 1632, with the mausoleum completed in 1643, while the surrounding gardens and buildings were finished a few years later. The monument stands as one of the world's most enduring symbols of love, inspired by Shah Jahan's profound grief and devotion to his wife.

As the sun begins to set, watch the white marble monument glow in changing shades of gold, pink, and ivory—an unforgettable sight and one of the best times to experience the Taj Mahal.

After your guided tour, relax as your chauffeur drives you back and drops you off at your hotel in Agra or at Agra Cantt Railway Station, concluding your experience comfortably and conveniently.
