What you can expect

  • The course begins with a brief theoretical introduction on land, during which you will learn about:

    • gear and use of the paddle
    • basic safety rules
    • correct stance on the board
      Then it's time to get in the water!
      Through practical exercises, you will learn to find balance and stability on the board until you can paddle independently.
      During the lesson, you will learn:
    • how to move easily on the water
    • basic paddling techniques
    • how to turn and control the board
    • how to improve balance and strength without unnecessary effort
      With the help of our instructors, you'll quickly gain confidence, enjoying the lake, the scenery, and all the fun that SUP has to offer.
