Neptunos Surf school is a school that works with small groups of up to 8 people in order to offer the best quality and safety, as well as a close relationship to help achieve good results.

The coach has 31 years of surfing experience and great local knowledge, as well as certified courses. The school is registered with Portuguese tourism as well as the Portuguese Surfing Federation and legalised in the Port Authority of Lagos

This comprehensive experience is meticulously structured into focused coaching phases : Elite Sand Training (1h) : Ocean safety analysis, wave-reading mechanics, and intensive dry-land biomechanics to master the pop-up. First Water Session (1h): Guided entry into the lineup with real-time feedback. Recovery Break (20 min): Tactical performance review and muscle rest on the beach. Second Water Session (1h): Consolidating technical adjustments and muscle memory.
