The Surin Islands, part of Mu Ko Surin National Park, are known for their crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and diverse marine life, making them an ideal destination for snorkelling enthusiasts

The waters around the Surin Islands offer some of the best snorkelling sites in Thailand. With the remote location, the clear shallow water and fewer visitors, this is the perfect island paradise! The Surins consist of two main Islands in close proximity of each other with a shallow channel between them that provides a constant supply of flowing water to create the perfect conditions for coral growth as well as to support the wide variety of marine life that live there. Here you will find yourself spending time with the likes of “Nemo” Clownfish, Octopuss, Pipefish, Coral Groupers, and many many more! Not to mention the encounters with sea turtles which are quite frequent.

You will receive a comfortable, air-conditioned mini-van transfer from your Khao Lak resort to be driven to the Pier; arriving at about 7.00am. Then you will head out to sea for the exciting speedboat ride to the day's first snorkelling spot. You will arrive at Surin Island at approximatey 9.40am to snorkel in the crystal clear water and also you will visit Moken sea gypsy village. The Moken are an Austronesian people who live a semi-nomadic hunter-gatherer lifestyle heavily based on the sea who you will no doubt find very interesting.

After this you will be taken to your second snorkelling spot and then by the beach you will enjoy a tasty Thai Buffet Lunch.

Early afternoon your speedboat will move you onto the third, and final, location to do some snorkelling. It is absolutely stunning here! So stunning that it is difficult to put into words might best be described as 'beauty personified'.

Approximately 2.30pm you will be head back to the Pier and transferred to your Khao Lak resort, bringing with you some wonderful memories that will stay with your forever.
