Know before you book
- Children 5 and younger are complementary if they do not occupy a seat.
- This activity is wheelchair accessible, but special arrangements need to be made for a wheelchair-accessible bus at least 72 hours prior to tour date.
- Some wildlife are more numerous during the warmer months.
- Tour vehicles are equipped for wheelchair storage. Please submit any special requests at least 48 hours in advance of your reservations.
- Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
- All tours and cruises depart from our Lighthouse Ticket Office at Toulouse St. and the Mississippi River. We sit directly behind the JAX Brewery, which is located at 600 Decatur St. Our ticket office is directly in front of the Steamboat Natchez. We do not offer hotel pick ups.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
