The tour includes a guided visit of the Bottega with the chocolate ageing cellar. The visit includes an explanation of the technical characteristics of raw chocolate (Modican chocolate), historical background, a presentation of the chocolate collections in the showroom, and a guided tasting of the chocolates in the Bottega, with particular reference to the Chocolates of the Grand Tour of Sicily, including Syracuse Chocolate.
You will be able to taste the refined chocolates, i.e. chocolates flavoured through contact with tobacco, tea, flowers, herbs, spices, etc.
