Since parking is not available directly at the meeting point, we recommend using the nearby paid car park at the Centre d’interprétation des Mammifères Marins (108, rue de la Cale Sèche). From there, it’s just a short walk to the meeting point.

Know before you book
- If you are travelling from Québec City or Charlevoix, it is recommended to choose the Baie-Ste-Catherine departure instead of Tadoussac. The experience is identical, as the boat will pick up passengers from both locations.
- Boats depart on time, so please arrive at the meeting point early. Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time.
- Zodiac excursions are not advisable, and even prohibited for certain persons such as young children (under the age of 6), pregnant women, people suffering from articulation, back, or autonomy problems, or persons in wheelchairs.
- Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
