What you can expect

Begin your adventure with a pickup from Tampere to Kyrösjärvi . Upon arrival, meet your local guide in the centre of Tampere or your hotel location and drive to Hämeenkyrö about 30 miniutes and board a boat to begin your fishing experience.

Learn how to fish like a local, perfect for beginners, and try your hand at catching real Finnish fish. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning views of the lake as you fish.

After catching your fish, head to the island near by Kyrösjärvi and prepare your catch over a traditional campfire. Choose to pan-fry or grill your fish and enjoy it with ruisleipä (Finnish rye bread) and potatoes. Sip on traditional Finnish campfire coffee and enjoy a grilled sausage as you relax by the lake.
