Embark on a 14-day adventure in Tanzania, exploring the country's national parks, climbing Mount Meru, and relaxing on the beaches of Zanzibar. Visit the Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a cultural experience in Mto WA Mbu village and explore the beaches of Zanzibar.
Day 1: Arrival - Arusha
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet your safari guide who will pick you up and start your trip to Arusha town. If time allows, take a tour of Arusha town and experience the Arusha people's culture.
Day 2: Momela gate-Miriakamba hut
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and drive to Momela gate. Make payment and start the climb with a picnic lunch to the first hut called Miriakamba hut.
Day 3: Miriakamba Hut-Saddle Hut
During the afternoon, decide to attempt climbing Little Meru Peak and back.
Day 4: Saddle Hut-Summit-Saddle Hut
Day 5: Saddle Hut- Arusha
Day 6: Arusha- Tarangire National Park
Your safari guide will pick you up then drive to Tarangire National Park. Once you arrive at the park, start the game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population, many zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and even lions and cheetahs.
Day 7: Karatu- Serengeti National Park
On this day, after having morning breakfast, your driver will pick you up and start your trip to Serengeti National Park. On this day you will explore the beauty of Serengeti National Park as you will be able to spot several wild animals such as lion, leopard, black rhino, elephant, zebra, gazelle, wildebeest, African cape buffalo.
Day 8: Serengeti National Park
Day 9: Serengeti National Park
Day 10: Serengeti NP- Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Day 11: Mto wa mbu-Zanzibar
After breakfast, visit Ngorongoro Crater, explore a lost world preserved in a state of pristine isolation, one that shelters lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, buffalos, hyenas, flamingos, and golden jackals. There are also forests, hippo-filled ponds. If time allows, visit Mto WA Mbu village on foot for a great cultural experience. Visit local farms, food markets, rice farms, Banana Beer Bar, and local activities. After enjoying a local lunch, in the afternoon your safari guide will drive you straight to Arusha airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
Day 12: Zanzibar
This is a Sharing trip from Nungwi to Mnemba where you will start with the Dolphin Tour then snorkel at Mnemba reef and also you might go to the Sandbank when it is available because it can be fully covered during the high tide.
Day 13: Zanzibar
The Prison Island and Nakupenda Beach Tour is a full-day guided tour that highlights both Prison Island's tour which incorporates the visitation of giant’s tortoises, as well as exploring Nakupenda Beach featuring sunbathing, snorkelling a taste of Seas foods as well as seasoned fresh fruits, forodhani garden, known as the heart of Stone Town in the morning, lunch on shoal outings, swimming, and beach relaxation.
