Upon crossing the door, a unique space surrounded by canvases and sculptures will welcome you, where the clandestine evening will begin. Demonstration: The art of tequila With the help of our master tequila maker, you will discover the artisanal production process: from the harvesting of the blue agave to the secrets of its cooking, fermentation, and distillation in an interactive demonstration with traditional ingredients. Guided tasting of 4 tequilas At the main table, we will enjoy a sensory tasting of 4 tequilas from selected brands (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and special edition). You will learn to identify their aromas, tasting notes, and ideal pairings to appreciate the diversity of each tequila house. Closing and free time We will finish with time to chat with the hosts, take photos in the workshop, and enjoy the artistic atmosphere before concluding the experience.
