What you can expect

  • The Borgese Homeodynamic Farm produces Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, Montefalco DOC and other wines, including the Metodo Classico Rosé, which stands out thanks to the expert processing of Sagrantino grapes. The quality of production is the primary goal, a quality that starts with a density of 5,500 vines/ha, continues with the manual harvesting and selection of the bunches, and then continues inside the winery with the adoption of the most modern winemaking practices. This quality also takes the environment into account, with the production of certified organic extra virgin olive oil and the use of the biodynamic method for growing our grapes.
    All this will be experienced during the visit to the winery, and our guests will be able to savour the unique flavour of Sagrantino and the other typical products paired with it during the food tasting.
