    Visit the typical narrow streets, the castle ruins and its panoramic garden, then stroll along the Roman Bridge, Place de la République and the Mercado Municipal, the true beating heart of the city.
    Bike ride to the Tavira salt pans:
    A unique landscape where saltwater pools, salt mounds and migratory birds – including elegant flamingos – come together.
    Visit to Cacela Velha, a gem perched overlooking the sea:
    This village frozen in time offers breathtaking views of the Ria Formosa lagoon. A place steeped in history and poetry, Cacela is an invitation to slow down.
    Nature break at Parque de Lazer de Conceição de Tavira:
    A small green haven for a moment of freshness and tranquility in the heart of the countryside (open on weekends until June 20, then every day except Mondays).
    Drop-off in Tavira and boarding for Ilha de Tavira:
