Experience a unique guided hiking tour with the crowning finale: the sunset at an altitude of 2300 metres in the Teide National Park. Start the hike in the afternoon in Teide National park, enjoying the volcanic landscape and the flora surrounding you at the golden hour. Once you arrive at the National Parks and UNESCO world heritages centre, you have the possibility to enjoy the visitors centre for some minutes before the group heads to the hikes´ starting point. During this 2,5 hours easy to medium level hike you will learn the main facts about history, geology and biology of this astonishing volcanic National Park at the best light of the day. When dusk sets in, the volcanic landscape is transformed into a breathtaking play of colours in bright orange and red tones which we enjoy from our elevated view point at 2300 metres above sea level. The islands of La Palma, La Gomera, and El Hierro rise majestically above the clouds, while the sun sinks spectacularly into the ocean. Enjoy the sea, mountains, volcanic craters, clouds, sun and moon all together, far away from mass tourism. Wear comfortable and warm clothing and sun protection, it can get very cold/ windy at over 2000MASL.
