Know before you book

  • Children 13 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by an adult. The discount for children applies to maximum 2 children per each adult.
  • Minimum age for entering the lagoon is 2 years. Guests from 2 to 16 years old must be escorted by guardians while visiting the Blue Lagoon.
  • Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Reykjavik hotels, bus stops and cruise ports. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • Return shuttle departs Blue Lagoon for Reykjavik from 10 AM–9 PM, on the hour, every hour. Last shuttle to Reykjavik is at 11 PM.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

What you can expect

Wind down with a soothing dip in the pastel waters of the Blue Lagoon. Heated by geothermal vents, these man-made pools are the ideal place to rest and relax, just outside of Reykjavik, and with included transport, there's no need to stress out over how to get there.

Journey south from Reykjavik and out towards the Reykjanes Peninsula's Blue Lagoon, where natural hot springs are surrounded by craggy piles of black volcanic rock. Change into your favourite swimming costume and dip into waters that have been pumped up from depths of up to 6,000 feet (2,000 m). Use the lagoon's soft silica bottom as a natural exfoliant or just float around, taking in sweeping views of Iceland's rugged interior.

Consider grabbing a refreshing drink from the swim-up bar or indulge in a spa treatment or massage. When you're ready to return to Reykjavik, hop in the on-site shuttle and enjoy the comfortable ride back to the city.
