The Dublin Liberties Distillery is proud to be part of Dublin's exciting whisky revival. Our Distillery is nestled in the heart of the city bustling cultural quarter. The whisky we produce is Inspired by the stories of the Liberties, it's people and legends. Rich in character, tradition and a healthy measure of rebellion.

We’re inspired by the mavericks, the wild cards, and the pioneers of the Liberties’ past. We care about making whisky our way. Our storey is that of the history and mythology of the Liberties, the area known as Hell. We have plenty of stories to tell, and plenty of whisky to make.
