In just five years since our first harvest, we have grown to produce more than just the best olive oil on Lefkada—we produce one of the best in the world. We invite you to taste the profound difference of true, award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil: the soul of the Mediterranean diet. Join us in our groves to meet our rare White Lefkadian trees and discover the regenerative organic practices and unique terroir that earned us back-to-back Silver Awards in New York (2025 & 2026).
This is a guided, eye-opening masterclass designed for everyone. We pull back the curtain on the industrial production world to show you the difference between “supermarket” oil and the authentic, original product. You will learn how to identify the real thing and discover the characteristic peppery “kick” of high polyphenols—the powerful antioxidants responsible for the legendary health benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
We will provide you with the ultimate “Olive Oil ABC” to take home: how to shop for the correct bottle, the proper way to store it to ensure it stays fresh, and the simple science of how to cook healthy with it while keeping it as beneficial as possible. You will leave our farm not just with a memory, but with the knowledge to strip the “bad fats” out of your kitchen and replace them with world-class quality.
