We are George and Eirini. We know we are new here but give us a try. Believe me it will worth it. We are two young people that love nature as they love travelling all around the world. We have left the corporate busy life of the capital and we focus on our family traditional business in the countryside.

This experience takes place in a family-owned olive farm in the countryside near Kalamata, where olives and olive oil have been produced for three generations. Surrounded by nature, you will discover the deep connection between the olive tree, Greek culture, and everyday life.

Depending on the season, the experience is shaped around the natural cycle of the olive tree, offering two unique versions throughout the year.

January to September: Olive Grove Walk & Homemade Olives

Outside the harvest season, the experience focuses on understanding the life cycle of the olive tree and the storey behind olive oil production.

You will walk through the olive groves and learn how the olive tree grows, blooms, and produces fruit throughout the year. The hands-on part of the experience follows, where you will prepare your own jar of traditional Greek olives using old-style preservation methods, natural ingredients, and local spices, just as it was done in the past.

The experience ends with a delicious Greek meal made with local products and tasting the different types of olive oil throughout the year, offering time to relax, taste, and enjoy the countryside.

October to December: Olive Harvest Experience

During the harvest season, you will take part in the traditional olive picking process inside the olive groves. You will learn how olives are collected, why timing is important, and how quality olive oil is produced.

After the harvest, the experience continues with a traditional homemade meal prepared with local products and fresh olive oil, enjoyed outdoors in a relaxed natural setting. Ending the experience in a local olive mill to see the full production process, from fresh olives to extra virgin olive oil.

This is not a cooking class or a factory tour, but a slow, authentic experience in nature. Small groups allow time for questions, conversation, and genuine hospitality, creating a meaningful connection to Greek rural life.
