Activity itinerary

Laura, our teacher, will follow you step by step, in all the stages of fresh pasta production. Under her expert guidance, you will lear how to realise Tagliatelle, Tortelloni and garganelli. You will work from your own station, equipped with a traditional wooden board and rolling pin. - Hand-knead your own pasta dough from scratch. - Roll out thin sheets of “sfoglia” – completely by hand! - Learn how to perfectly shape tortelloni. - Master the knife-cut technique for authentic tagliatelle. - Learn how to perfectly shape garganelli.
