  • The Tour does not have transport to/from hotels; passengers must go to the meeting point on their own.
  • Meeting point: Sugarloaf Mountain Ticket Office. Pasteur Avenue, 520 - Urca, Rio de Janeiro. Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • The Selected timeslot is an estimate. Your exact departure time will be confirmed by our local partner via email and may differ by two hours.
  • Priority boarding is just on the way up (Express Pass only). Return by cable car works on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • The ticket-only option doesn't skip the lines. If you want to skip the lines, choose the Express Pass option.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
