Know before you book
- Age From 0 to 59 years old. (snorkelling limited form 6 to 59 years old)
- Those with cardiovascular/respiratory issues, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or who have consumed alcohol on the day are not eligible to participate. Participation may be declined regarding your health on the day without refund.
- Guests aged 60 and over may join as boat-only participants, meaning they can ride the boat but cannot enter the water. They must be accompanied by at least one companion under the age of 60. By submitting your reservation, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
- At least 10 adults
- Depending on the sea and weather conditions on the day, the arrival time may be delayed and the time for staying at Tokashiki Island may be shortened. Refunds will not be given for this event.
- Depending on the sea conditions, the snorkelling will take place around uninhabited island instead of Tokashiku without refund. The tour may be cancelled due to bad sea conditions. In this case, we will contact you and offer you a full refund or a reschedule.
- The arrival time to the Port may vary due to the sea conditions. In the event that you miss a scheduled transport departure, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative transport at their own cost
- This is a day tour. Please refrain from using it for overnight stay.
- Sea turtles are wild animals and sightings are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given even if turtles are not seen.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
