Sea turtles are wild animals. Depending on sea conditions, you may not be able to see them. Please note that refunds cannot be provided if turtles are not spotted.
Depending on sea conditions, the snorkelling tour may be moved to an alternative location near Aharen Beach.
The schedule may change depending on ocean and weather conditions on the day of the tour.
If your arrival is delayed and your stay on Tokashiki Island is shortened as a result, refunds cannot be provided.

- All guests aged under 19 years old need to bring a Letter of consent signed by their parent or legal tutor.
- Please understand that sea turtles are wild animals. It is possible that you may not see it. There is no refund in case you could not see any sea turtles.
- Persons which the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity: Circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol.
