Seating will also differ — children will be seated in the Kids Room or in a child-designated seat, not at the sushi counter. If your child would like to enjoy the full 14-piece sushi course at the counter alongside adults, please make the reservation under the adult plan.

Throughout the meal, you'll participate in special comparative tastings, clearly illustrating differences between sushi crafted from premium versus standard ingredients. Discover how variations in rice preparation influence flavour, compare authentic freshly grated wasabi to standard pastes, and learn about unique chef’s tools essential to exceptional sushi-making. This experience does not include drinks, but you can order sake pairings, , featuring carefully selected sake to complement sushi flavours, or soft drinks upon arrival if you wish. Families travelling with children can relax, thanks to our dedicated Kids’ Room and child-friendly meal options.
