A hands-on, engaging experience designed for those who want to have fun and discover wine in a simple and straightforward way. After a brief introductory tasting, you will become a winemaker for a day: you will experiment with different wine bases, create your own personal blend and discover how a label is created. Once you have chosen your wine, you will bottle it, put on the cork and capsule, and design the name and label. The experience concludes with a convivial lunch featuring local produce and organic Chianina beef raised on the farm.
