Discover a unique off-road experience in the heart of the Cadiretes Massif, one of the most authentic and little-known areas of the Costa Brava.
The activity starts at the Tossa de Mar bus terminal, from where we will head into the mountains in classic 4x4 vehicles, fully open-top Land Rover Santanas. More than just a tour, this is an immersive experience in the heart of nature.
We will travel along dirt and rock roads, far from the paved roads, passing through forests and areas with no buildings, in an unspoiled and peaceful environment.
As we ascend, we will reach natural vantage points offering spectacular views: the very essence of the Costa Brava, where the mountains plunge into the sea, creating a breathtaking landscape.
One of the key sites is the Sanctuary of Sant Grau d'Ardenya, located in the heart of the mountains. It dates back to the Middle Ages and was rebuilt in 1882. The current complex includes adjoining buildings that were later designed to serve as a Parador Nacional (state-run luxury hotel).
We will also stop at the ruins of the old hermitage of Mare de Déu de Gràcia, a place with a special charm.
The experience is rounded off by a visit to the megalithic area, where dolmens, paradolmens, menhirs, and structures over 3,000 years old have been preserved.
During the tour, your guide will share the history of Tossa de Mar, its past linked to the cork industry, and various interesting facts about the area.
This activity is comfortable and accessible for everyone, from children aged 3 and up to adults of any age. No physical fitness is required.
