Just 1 hour from Toulouse, Carcassonne is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest fortified city in Europe. With its 52 towers, 3 km of ramparts, and centuries of history, it's a destination that leaves every visitor speechless.

Carcassonne — The Medieval Fortress (all day)

Wander through the medieval lanes, browse local artisan shops, and soak up the atmosphere at your own pace.
