Overview

In this experience, you will be accompanied to enjoy the places and flavours of a recently built company, which has been used as an agricultural company for over a century, between Lake Garda and the Morainic hills.
You will discover the methods of growing and harvesting grapes, in a sustainable way, and you will learn the differences in the various production methods. The tasting will be an immersion in the tastes and flavours of the Lake Garda area and the morainic hills that surround it.

Activity itinerary

The winery is located between south Lake Garda and the Moraining Hills, an area that has long been dedicated to wine production, in a family-run business where respect for nature, sustainability and attention to details are of the utmost importance You will discover the grape varieties of this particular area, the cultivation methods and you will learn more about the philosophy and family roots. You will then visit their cellar, where the fermentation and the ageing methods will be explained. Finally, you will go to the tasting area, where you can taste four wines: a Classic Method sparkling wine, a DOC white wine (Lugana \ San Martino della Battaglia), a Garda Rosé and a red IGT regional wine, all paired with a taste of local and homemade products.
