After visiting the salt pans, we’ll head to a traditional dairy for a tasting session.
Join us for a traditional tasting of Sicilian cheeses at a local dairy.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the dairy owners, who will show you in and begin a tour of the dairy to show you how the cheeses are made.
After the tour, sit back and enjoy a tasting of traditional cheeses accompanied by local wine.
