During this gastronomic experience, we will visit the famous “huariques,” small spaces full of history and flavour, where you can taste a wide variety of typical Peruvian dishes, freshly prepared by expert hands.

Throughout this culinary walk, we invite you to try traditional delicacies such as the irresistible picarones dipped in chancaca honey, the classic purple mazamorra, and creamy rice pudding. You'll also enjoy authentic flavours such as choclo con queso (corn with cheese), papa con huevo (potato with egg), fresh beans, the popular Min Pao, and the ever-present grilled anticuchos. You can also refresh yourself with seasonal exotic fruits such as the sweet pacay, accompanied by iconic drinks such as Inka Kola and the renowned Pisco Sour.

During your time in Peru, we want you to feel at home, and what better way to achieve this than through its food. This experience is not only a food tasting, but a true encounter with the local culture, ideal for those who want to get to know Lima from its most authentic side.
