This tour is excellent to acclimatise and prepare for more demanding tours such as the Rainbow Mountain.

First we start with the pick up from your hotel near the Plaza de Armas for this case we have two shifts: morning shift and afternoon shift, if you want to take the tour in the morning shift the pick up is at 8:30 am approx, if you choose the shift the meeting point is the Qoricancha at 13:00 pm. It is worth mentioning that the tour lasts approximately 5 hours.

We start the tour, our first point to visit is the Temple of Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), in this place we will have a guided tour of about an hour, then we go to the archaeological centre of Sacsayhuaman (Imposing example of Inca military architecture). Continuing with the excursion we will visit the archaeological centre of Qenqo, it is a ritual centre built on a unique limestone outcrop. Then we will visit the red fortress of PukaPukara where the reddish colour and the military construction of this place is characterised and finally we will go to the fortress of Tambomachay which is characterised by having a main waterfall that is known as ¨the baths of the Inca¨. Finally we will return to the city of Cusco, our transport service will take us to the city of Cusco.
