Join me on a charming private terrace in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Vatican Museums, for a hands-on cooking class focused on authentic Roman cuisine.
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and takes place in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for travellers who want to learn, cook, and enjoy Italian food together.
Your experience begins with a welcome Spritz aperitivo, giving you time to meet the chef and other participants. You will then start the hands-on cooking session guided by a professional chef specialised in traditional Roman cuisine.
During the class, you will prepare homemade supplì (traditional Roman rice balls), learn how to create classic pasta sauces such as amatriciana or carbonara, and make a traditional Italian dessert like tiramisù. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and the chef will guide you step by step.
After the cooking session, you will sit down on the terrace and enjoy the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee. This shared moment allows you to relax, taste your creations, and enjoy a genuine Roman dining experience.
The class takes place on a private terrace near the Vatican in a friendly and informal setting, suitable for couples, solo travellers, and small groups.
In case of bad weather, the experience will take place in a covered area or indoors, ensuring a comfortable experience in any condition.
This experience is designed to offer a true taste of Roman culture through cooking, combining learning, social interaction, and authentic flavours.
