Day 2: Erice, Cooking Class, and Segesta
Start the day with a visit to Erice, a medieval village on Mount San Giuliano. With your tour guide, enjoy a tasting of local pastries, including the famous Genovese cream cakes, and explore the cobbled streets and flower-filled courtyards. Visit carpet and ceramic shops and admire breathtaking views that extend to the Egadi Islands.
Next, take a cooking class for a hands-on experience with a local chef. Learn to prepare typical Sicilian dishes and enjoy a convivial lunch featuring the dishes you've prepared.
In the afternoon, visit Segesta to admire one of the world's best-preserved Doric temples, nestled in a wild and evocative hilly landscape. Guide and ticket included.

Day 3: Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, and the Trapani Salt Pans
