Here, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the Sicilian countryside and discover the passion we put into cultivating our grapes and olives, with full respect for the environment. Next, we will guide you through our vineyards to give you an up-close look at the heart of our activity.
After the walk among the rows, we will go into the winery to explain the production process to you: from vinification to ageing in wood to bottling. Particular attention will be devoted to our classic method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes.
The highlight of the experience will be the tasting, a true sensory journey. You will taste four of our organic wines, carefully selected to let you appreciate the variety and richness of our terroir.
Each sip will be accompanied by a description of the organoleptic characteristics and aromatic notes.
To accompany these outstanding wines, we prepare a platter of typical local zero-kilometer products, according to the season, and, to finish on a sweet note, a typical Sicilian dessert.
