What you can expect

Meet your guide at the Breheimsenter and follow the Icetroll vehicle to the lake. Paddle through the Tunsbergdalsvatnet lake, which sits 1,000 metres below forest-clad mountains then hike alongside the Glacier River on this full-day kayaking and hiking tour.

After kayaking to the lake's end, continue by foot alongside the Glacier River, which flows through a narrow, spectacular gorge. This leads you to the Tunsbergdalsbreen glacier, the longest valley glacier in Norway.

Enjoy your picnic lunch (you must bring with you) in the wilderness and explore the Tunsbergdalsbreen glacier. Walk in crevasses and around meltwater holes, before finally turning for home.
