What you can expect

Travel back in time to the great underground quarries of the Château de Roques: the tour begins in the 19th-century section, then the introduction to the family estate will take place in a high-ceilinged room where a 3rd-century Gallo-Roman aqueduct will appear! You will continue your experience in the 13th-century gallery, which will give you direct access to the modern winemaking cellar inaugurated in 2018. Traditional know-how and wine making will be revealed to you: from the vine to the glass, wine will have almost no secrets left for you. The way back to our shop/food tasting room will be via the outside path, from which you can admire the openings of the quarries with our vineyard plateau above! Your experience will conclude with a food and wine pairing: 4 wines & aged cheese, smoked duck breast, walnuts, and country bread.
