Our Volkänik Vanilla, which can now be found at the Élysée Palace, the White House, and on the tables of the most beautiful Michelin-starred chefs :)!

For 4 generations, on our family agro-farm, we have chosen healthy, local, and ethical agriculture :)!
We are committed to organic and sustainable agriculture that respects the environment.
Our work and our approach are essentially based on crop diversification, permaculture, agroforestry, and agroecology.

This tropical agroecology is also an extension of our Creole gardens, a legacy from all four corners of the globe, the fruits of our history and therefore of the four cultures that make up our society: Native American, European, African, and Indian.

We invite you to enjoy a tropical, human, social, ecological, and educational experience… immersed in this Caribbean nature full of wisdom and promise for those who know how to listen to it and learn alongside it.
