Discover Lancaster County beyond the tourist attractions with our most in-depth and immersive Amish cultural experience.
Designed for travellers seeking genuine connection and authentic experiences, this tour offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the Amish community through the relationships we've built over many years. Our trusted partnerships with local Amish families and businesses allow us to share experiences with them.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive through Lancaster County's beautiful farmland as one of our knowledgeable local guides brings the region's history to life. Learn how the Amish and Mennonites first settled in Pennsylvania, why they came, and how their faith continues to shape their way of life today. Along the way, you'll gain insight into Amish traditions, education, family life, farming, religion, and the values that have sustained their community for generations.
Unlike traditional sightseeing tours, this experience includes multiple exclusive stops at privately owned Amish farms and small family businesses. Meet local artisans, step onto working farms, and explore places that are not typically accessible to the average visitor. Each stop provides a unique opportunity to ask questions, engage in meaningful conversations, and experience Lancaster County through the eyes of the people who call it home.
Every tour is a little different because every day in Amish Country is different. Our guides tailor each experience based on the season, the day's activities, and the opportunities available, making every tour a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
