Know before you book

  • Children 0-2 are free. Tickets are valid only during normal operating hours.
  • Universal Kids Resort is fully certified as an Autism Centre
  • For the safety of guests, height or weight restrictions may apply for some attractions at Universal Kids Resort. Many rides, shows, and attractions are designed to comfortably accommodate guests in a wheelchair or guests with other special needs.
  • Weapons, sharp objects, outside alcohol, mace or pepper spray are not allowed at Universal Kids Resort
  • Each of the multiple wet play areas will have adjacent changing rooms available for parents to change their children into dry clothes and allow them to have uninhibited exploration and play.
  • Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Kids Resort (‘Universal’).
  • Tickets exclude admission to separately ticketed events and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise
