Start by learning about the history of the winery's cellar and hear an explanation about the methods and techniques used in the production of Prosecco. Follow the journey of a bottle of Prosecco, from the grape harvest in the nearby vineyard to the final bottling stage.

At the end, you will taste a selection of three Prosecco wines from the Valdobbiadene DOCG, or Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. You'll try four Valdobbiadene wines together with bread and breadsticks while a professional sommelier will explain to you in depth the differences between these Prosecco varieties.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn how these great wines are made and to taste them guided by a professional sommelier.
