Discover the most authentic, secret, and fascinating Venice on a small group sailing boat tour with a maximum of 10 participants, ideal for those who want to experience the lagoon in a convivial, relaxed way, away from the most crowded places.
A journey through history, nature, and mystery that reveals a side of Venice that few really know.
The tour begins in the morning at the Diporto Velico Veneziano, where the crew will welcome you on board with a short introductory briefing and the delivery of your personalised welcome kit. We gently sail along the calm waters of the lagoon while a Venetian breakfast of espresso coffee and typical pastries is served, accompanied by the guide's storey about the hidden Venice.
The first stop is Murano, the beating heart of the art of glassmaking. Here we will visit a historic furnace to witness the magic of glass blowing first-hand and discover the secrets of the master glassblowers. After the visit, we will return by boat to continue towards Isola della Certosa, a green oasis immersed in the nature of the lagoon. It's the perfect time to relax, take photos, and, if you like, have lunch at a typical restaurant on the island (lunch not included).
In the early afternoon, the journey continues towards the Lido di Venezia, the island where the sea and the lagoon meet. We will dock for a walk among the elegant Art Nouveau villas and along the famous waterfront, until we reach the iconic Palazzo del Cinema, home to the famous International Film Festival. A unique opportunity to discover a different and refined side of the Lido, far from the summer nightlife and rich in cultural history.
We then resume our course towards the most mysterious islands of the lagoon: Lazzaretto Vecchio, the ancient quarantine station of the Serenissima, and Poveglia, shrouded in legends and charm that make its atmosphere truly unique. These places, which are difficult to access and steeped in history, reveal the quietest and most authentic side of the Venetian lagoon.
During the drop-off, the sky turns gold and Venice appears in all its beauty. A refined aperitif with Venetian cicchetti and Prosecco DOC is served on board, to be enjoyed in front of St. Mark's Square as the boat slowly glides back to the starting point.
The tour concludes at the Diporto Velico Veneziano, with the feeling of having experienced a special day, discovering a more authentic, intimate, and surprising Venice.
An experience designed for those who love to share, discover, and be enchanted by the timeless magic of the lagoon.
