  • Your voucher for the Doge’s Palace will be sent to your WhatsApp and email 24 hours before the activity starts. If you have selected the option which includes St.Mark's Basilica you can collect your tickets at the meeting point under the Clock Tower in Piazza San Marco.
  • If your booking includes Doge’s Palace, please note: the voucher we send is not valid for direct entry. It must be exchanged at the ticket office to receive your final tickets.
  • Bring your own headphones to use with the audio guide, as they are not provided.
  • Dress code for St. Mark’s Basilica: Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter. Entry may be denied otherwise.
  • Museo Correr and other museums are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM).
  • Important: Even for visits with audio guides, entry on your own is not allowed. Please make sure to find our coordinator at the meeting point — the Clock Tower — at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit time. The coordinator will be holding a flag with Doooing Experience written on it. This is essential to allow enough time for check-ins.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
