Canoe-kayak rafting is the most athletic version of whitewater sports.
As with rafting, the boat is inflatable. However, you are alone (or with a partner) on board to ensure steering, propulsion and balance.

Some prior experience in canoeing or kayaking is required, even if it was only on a lake.
