What you can expect

Whether you're new to Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) or looking to enhance your skills, our 90-minute session covers the essentials and includes a short guided tour.

During the lesson, you'll grasp the fundamentals of having fun on the water, focusing on safety, essential skills, and efficient paddling techniques. We'll also provide insights into the necessary gear and how to care for it.
The session is designed to be enjoyable and informative, with a short tour to practice your newfound skills. We'll even capture a few photos for you to share with friends.
