Welcome to Our Ceramic Studio in Vila Real
Step into a space where creativity meets tranquility, and the art of pottery becomes a poetic experience. Founded by brothers Daniel and Micael, both design graduates with a passion for craftsmanship, our studio is more than a place to create—it’s a haven to connect, relax, and explore the beauty of clay.
Our Story
As designers, we’ve always been drawn to the crossroads of art, functionality, and human connection. Ceramics became our way of blending design with the meditative qualities of clay. Over time, we realised it’s not just about creating objects—it’s about the process, mindfulness, and joy of bringing something unique to life. Our studio reflects this philosophy, offering a calming, creative retreat.
The Experience: A Workshop That’s Not a Workshop
Forget traditional workshops. Our two-hour sessions are relaxing, poetic, and deeply personal. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, you’ll engage with clay in a way that feels like yoga for the soul.
What Makes Us Unique?
A Poetic Approach: Working with clay as meditation creates a calming, introspective experience.
Hands-On Guidance: With our design background and ceramic expertise, we’ll guide you through centring, shaping, and moulding clay on the wheel.
All About the Journey: While you’ll leave with a beautiful piece, the true magic lies in the experience—the feel of the clay, the spin of the wheel, and the joy of creating.
What to Expect
Arrive to a warm welcome and calming atmosphere. After a brief introduction, you’ll sit at the potter’s wheel and start shaping clay, guided by our gentle instructions. As you work, you’ll slip into a state of flow, losing yourself in the creative process. By the end, you’ll have a unique piece reflecting your personal touch.
For Everyone
Our sessions are for all—individuals, couples, friends, and families. No experience is needed; just bring an open mind and willingness to try something new.
Take Home a Memory
We’ll fire and glaze your creation, and in a few weeks, it will be ready to pick up or ship—a lasting reminder of your poetic journey with clay.
Why Choose Us?
A Personal Touch: As brothers, we bring warmth and passion to every session.
Mindfulness Focus: Our sessions are as much about relaxation and self-discovery as they are about pottery.
