Towards Vinci: You will cycle through vineyards, olive groves, and farms, entering the Vinci countryside, with recommended scenic stops around the village.

Culture and culinary delights: Stop at/visit Vinci, a town associated with Leonardo da Vinci (born in 1452 in Anchiano); for those interested, there will be tastings at a local farm and a light lunch among the vineyards and olive groves before returning to Empoli.
