Day of the tour: Arrival at our e-bike rental location in Empoli (Province of Florence), e-bike handover + short briefing on controls, support, and safety.

Departure: Approximately 30-kilometer (19-mile) cycling loop with a 600-meter (1,969-foot) elevation gain, entirely on quiet, paved secondary roads, featuring a gentle, hilly profile at the foot of Montalbano.

Towards Vinci: You will cycle through vineyards, olive groves, and farmsteads as you enter the Vinci countryside, with recommended scenic stops around the village.

Culture and cuisine: Stop at/visit to Vinci, a town associated with Leonardo da Vinci (born in 1452 in Anchiano); for those interested, there will be tastings at a local farm and a light lunch among the vineyards and olive groves before returning to Empoli.

Useful information: This is a tour to be enjoyed at a steady pace, ideal for a leisurely half-day outing. On the quieter, less frequented sections, it is a good idea to set off with water, a snack, and a fully charged phone to enjoy the ride with complete peace of mind.
