What you can expect

It will be our pleasure to explain in detail all the stages involved in producing
“Modena’s Black Gold.”
We will start in the countryside, visiting the organic vineyards, the pressing room, the cooking area, the vinegar-making department, and the ageing area, while sharing the storey of the origins of balsamic vinegar and our family’s tradition, “Between Fast Machines and Slow Food.” You will then have the opportunity to taste 11 different products, culminating in an aperitif featuring Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and bruschetta with caramelised onions and balsamic vinegar, along with a glass of local wine.
