Your Wadi Rum adventure begins at the meeting point in Wadi Rum Village, where you will meet your local Bedouin guide before starting your 5-hour desert experience by 4x4. You will leave the village behind and enter the spectacular landscape of Wadi Rum, surrounded by red sand, dramatic mountains, natural rock formations, and peaceful desert valleys.
During the first part of the tour, your guide will take you through beautiful areas of the desert. You will travel across sandy valleys and between the mountains, with several stops to enjoy the scenery, explore the surroundings, and take memorable photos. Your local guide will share information about the desert, Bedouin traditions, and the way people have lived in Wadi Rum for generations.
As the afternoon continues, we will head towards a suitable sunset viewpoint. Relax and watch the sun slowly move towards the horizon as the colours of the desert change from red and gold to warm orange. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, take photographs, and experience the natural beauty of Wadi Rum away from the crowds.
After sunset, the experience continues as darkness covers the desert. We travel into the quiet surroundings, away from city lights, where you can enjoy the clear night sky. You will stop in a peaceful desert location to look at the stars and, on a clear night, admire the Milky Way above Wadi Rum.
During the evening stop, you will experience traditional Bedouin hospitality with freshly prepared Bedouin tea. Sit with your guide, enjoy the warm tea, and relax while experiencing the calm atmosphere of the desert at night. Take your time to enjoy the silence, mountains, and open landscape under the stars.
The experience combines desert exploration, scenic stops, photography, sunset views, traditional Bedouin hospitality, and stargazing. No camp stay is included; the experience takes place in the open desert, allowing you to enjoy the natural surroundings from afternoon into night.
